Loyalty Program Members Spend More!
Two examples of Spring clients that saw significant lift in average ticket revenue from reward redemptions and repeat visit revenue from lapsed customers can be seen above. In the first example, a high-end women's retailer was seeing an average ticket value of $106 prior to launching their loyalty program. After launching with Spring, the retailer saw the average ticket value for members at $155.46 and the average reward redemption revenue at $173.71. They were also able to entice lapsed members to come back with a $20 gift that resulted in an average redemption value of $110.23.
In the second example a multi-location Fast-Casual restaurant was seeing an average ticket value of $11. After launching with Spring, they saw average member revenue at $21.25 and average reward redemption revenue at $68.04. They also ran a $5 gift to lapsed customers that drove an average redemption value of $16.42.
